Selecting Auto Fit Address, under the Template Options button, allows you to fit any database field into the printed label automatically. This is especially useful since an address which prints off the edge of the label may cause the mail piece to be undeliverable.
Clicking in the Reduce to Fit box, reduces the record to fit on the label. Clicking in Expand to Fit box expands the record to fit on the label.
Note: Each time you choose a new label template, you may select whether you want your address reduced and/or enlarged to fit.
